On January 27, based on the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law of Sumy State University, a scientific and practical round table was held on the topic: “The Law of Regulation of Financial Services: National, European, and Globalization Dimensions.”
Immediate attention was paid to the issues of state regulation of the circulation of virtual assets, popularization of state cryptocurrency and crypto machines among citizens of Ukraine, financial phishing, public participation at the stage of rulemaking in the field of protection of the rights of consumers of financial services in the EU and Ukraine.
The event was held as part of the implementation of the project 619998-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE “European standards for the protection of the rights of consumers of financial services” under the Erasmus+ program directed by Jean Monnet.
