On January 10, a scientific and practical conference, “Notarial practice, news of international law: Ukrainian experience,” was held. Alina Goncharova, associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Judiciary, who is undergoing an internship at the University of Tours (France), took part in the organizing committee of the conference.
Anna Onoprienko, a private notary of the Sumy City Notary District and also a stakeholder of the Sumy State University, gave a report on the peculiarities of inheritance in Ukraine, particularly during martial law.
The participants of the international conference exchanged experiences and developments, as well as identified promising areas of cooperation.
