In 2023, within the framework of the “Jean Monet” direction of the Erasmus+ program, the Academic and Research Institute of Law of Sumy State University became the winner in four projects, in particular:
1) “EU Experience on the Protection of Personal Data in Cyberspace” – manager Dumchykov Mykhailo
2) “The Protection of IP Rights of Researchers and Research Institutions in Ukraine: Best EU Practices” – manager Utkina Marina
3) “EU Standards on Freedom of Expression and Information” – manager Zavhorodny Vladislava
4) “Citizen participation: challenges and European experience for Ukraine”/Development of civil society – manager Stogova Olgha
In general, each department of the institute submitted at least one project application. At the same time, the Academic and Research Institute of Law has the highest percentage of winning applications among all institutes/faculties of Sumy State University.
