The study of law and its sources is based on legal values ​​and principles that underpin human rights and fundamental freedoms.
Learning objectives: formation of competences necessary for understanding the nature and functions of law, the content of its main legal institutions, the application of law, as well as the limits of legal regulation of various social relations.
The theoretical content of the subject area is the formation of knowledge about: basics of behavior of individuals and social groups; creation of law, its interpretation and application; legal values ​​principles, as well as the nature and content of legal institutions of the basic branches of law; ethical standards of the legal profession.
Methods, techniques and technologies: general scientific and special methods of knowledge of legal phenomena; techniques for the legal assessment of the behavior or activities of individuals and social groups, the identification of a legal problem and its resolution based on the principles of law; information and communication technologies.
Tools and equipment: state-of-the-art information and communication equipment, information resources and software used in legal activities. Training of qualified specialists in the field of law, working for the establishment in the society of the rule of law and the development of legal consciousness and legal culture of citizens. Education of a professional lawyer capable of solving the issues of legal support of various spheres of public activity.

Description:

The program is designed in accordance with the mission and strategy of the University, aimed at acquiring students with advanced theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and understanding relevant to the field of public international law, international private law, European law, which will enable them to effectively perform the tasks of an innovative nature of the appropriate level of professional activities aimed at solving complex problems in providing legal support for international relations, protecting the rights and interests of physical and legal Ukraine visits abroad, interpretation and application of the law of Ukraine and foreign countries.

Educational and professional. Emphasis on training professionals able to study, teach and promote history; ensure the preservation of historical and cultural heritage; to have the tools of research.

General history education. The program is based on the current state of historical science, focuses on the formation and development of professional competences in the field of history, the study of theoretical and practical methods of conducting historical research in current specializations, within which further professional and scientific career is possible: history of Ukraine, historical regionalists archivistics, museum studies.
