The main emphasis is on basic principles, doctrinal principles, legal sources, individual concepts and institutions of intellectual property law as a complex branch of law, the system of legal protection of the results of intellectual, creative activity, objects of copyright and related rights, patent law, means of individualization, other intellectual property rights and ensuring an adequate level of protection of intellectual property rights.
