- personal record card;
- The list of published scientific works and inventions.

- copy of diploma of graduation indicating received qualification of specialist or master (persons who have received appropriate education abroad nostrified copy of diploma)
- thecertificateof candidateexaminations(ifstackedcandidate examinations).
Passport and diploma of higher education submitted in person by entrants.
- a detailed planof dissertation for thedegree of Doctor ofScience;
- Copy of of the diploma on awarding candidate degree (in the case of obtaining a relevant education abroad – a copy of diploma).
